I got classes to conduct in the mornings, Orientations in the afternoons, and admin all DAY and Night.
but.
i kinda enjoyed it.
educating fitness to people is what i Love to do.


Except. maybe less admin work lor...
den i'll be more than happy. hee.
i got a lot to say..
im tooo tired...

MUMMY'S BIRTHDAY!!

Food was Great.
Ice Cream was terrific!


Became much much poorer after that.
some more bought 2 nike tops (could'nt resist the NIKE sales)
and 2 track pants for work.
1 puma, 1 reebok.
both came at a hefty price.
haix.

Work 7 days this week.
but im happy.
to be with people i enjoy being with =].

miss some friends...
work isn't fun .

At GymWerkZ, im the Front Desk Counter, the Trainer , the Cleaner.

Spacious enough for cardio and strength training.

We have 20 over cardio machines ranging from exercise bikes to trackmills and cross trainer all equipped with TV with all the local channels.

25 Gym Balls on the Gym ball Rack.

We have a in house Aerobics studio loaded with sound Blasting Audio system.

FrEE WeighTs AREA !! RESTRICTED ZONE. its a boys' zone area... -__-"

Circuit Series - For endurance training. So far, this is my fav exercise corner le. i like it more than the signature series.

Work @ NgeeAnn has been so hectic and tiring.
because of many changes, decisions and situations to handle.

i was sooooo looking forward to my weekend.
My only break of the week...
hence ,
enough of ngee ann.
lets talk about my wonderful sat spent.
with 2 bunch of people whom i truely enjoy being with.


first,
Dinner at TongSeng halal food court opp bugis junction
with my SW buddies.
There's me, kong, AJ, his girlfriend, Ayie, Fai and Rallen.
Great cheap meal and we head to Chocz at esplanade.
heehee guess whoes idea it was?


Had fondue, cakes and chocx drinks.
fantastic stuff they've got there.
reasonable prices too.


but the highlight was
people catching up with the lastest happenings in their lives,
talking about old times,
about NS..
many going in june, july.
My dear Fairus going to POLICE.
haha stay happy in the home team my man.. haha


Fishy came to join us for chocz.
So yeah.
Finally,
i feel like going back to sch days.
totally forgot about work.

took cabby with fishy and rush back to wine hut!
BOSS Birthday after 12 midnight!


but we already prepared his present lor.
we bought Crystal Jade Roasted duck and meat for his birthday dinner.
hope he like it.

A Satisfied Dinner Night Out


Met 'Kong Ma Ma' for a wednesday night dinner.

Kong mama, as usual did the opening ceremony.. heehee

Whoa! the pippin hot Tom Yum Crab Soup is FANTASTIC! Shiok man. haha i know its very not my lang. but there is not better lagman terms to describe it. heh heh.

Stir Fry Glass noodles. again! yummy! gd texture, great taste. lots of ingredients.

Stir Fry Phat Thai. one of my fav thai food, this one has great chewy texture. (that QQ sense) and very gd flavour. =] thumbs up! 3.5 out of 5 stars.

i like places with a lot of sauces to choose from. esp if they're spicy! there's fish sauce, chilli powder, some green garlic thing and one more which i forgot and didn bother to touch cox it dosen look spicy nor gd. hee.

Fried Garlic Chicken Wings. Good on the outside. Crisp and fragrant. *but franks one still the best! crispy outside, tasty inside. plus his honey mustard. GOSH. blow mi over man..

Heh heh.. eat how much im enjoying my TOM YUM CRAB soup?! TOM YAM + CRAB = LOVE OF MY LIFE . Ahhhh... mucks!

Along the way, saw a kids band performance at esplanade hall. playing 'Quando, Quando, Quando' and the young musicians look like they are enjoying it and its gd to see some kids pursing art or their passion. Great ambience and crowd although the crowd are obiously mostly parents of the kids.. but den again, who could bear to miss looking at ur child play at the esplanade? =] hope they become great artist soon!

Tada. introducing... BLACK FOREST CAKE (Sedap!) @ CHOZ. located at esplanade, beside the popcorn show or shop (forgot the name..) aiya opp tatami shop. haha. the store that sells the fruits dipped in chocolates. heehee o_0 chocolate Heaven!!

was reading it lying on my bed.
and found some rather amusing yet real theories.
the Heading reads : "50 THINGS THAT ANNOY US"


okie. catchy headline there.
reading further and i found myself laughing at the crude, yet amusing remarks mentioned in the article.
here are some exmaples.. some of my fav annoying things:


No. 1 : Cabbies who ask for the sake of asking
Cab drivers who ask, "Go by which way?" when there's only one logical way - the CTE .We're this close to telling them, "Drive to Johor Bahru, circle that pong pong tree there, then turn back to Raffles Place."


No. 4 : People who rather take the lift than descend a flight of stairs.
If you are one of the guilty parties, imagine what your BMI could be if you only bothered to work your God-given glutes.


No. 15 : Parents and their letters of complaint
Who says we've lost the fine art of letter-writing? Day after day, Singaporeans write to the forum pages of newspapers, demanding the Government police their children. Why is Ah Boy hanging out at the void deck?! Hello? Was your unruly offspring conceived by your friendly neighbourhood MP? Stop writing e-mail and do your job as a parent.


No. 22 : People who shout on their mobile phones.
Why? Is it cheaper?


No. 23 : Unnatural eyes
Green, blue, pink and caramel contact lenses. Do you know you're scaring people?


No. 46 : Hawker stalls that display so many 'awards' and photos from TV food shows that you can't see the food.
We can see Michelle Chia, Gurmit Singh, Kym Ng, and Fiona Xie's mugs, but we cant see if they're selling bak kut teh or char kway teow.

haven been bloggin..
busy with working at both on my new job and wine hut.
Actully i dun consider going to wine hut as a work anymore.


Its like going to a second home.
where im comfortable, away from the hussle of life.
relaxed.
*although at times we meet annoying customers.
but oh well...
they train my patience and i thank them for it.


tml is my 2nd round of interview...
and i realised i have finally scoped down on my courses to study further.
sports and receration management
and
business convention and event tourism.
of course.
until i seek 'Great Advices',
im not making a decision as yet.


ahh.. typing under ground raffles city again.
many ask,
"Eh you not sien ar? always go raffle city.."
well.. there are a few reasons why i like the city actually..


1. Its directly above City Hall MRT station (Green Line)
2. I can proceed to almost anywhere conveniently
3. Fast, Free Wireless. *To do my work on my lappy.
4. Many places to 'la kopi'- Starbucks, Bakerzin, TCC, Gloria Jeans, Ben and Jerrys, MiX.. etc.. you get the picture..
5. It a great place to observe people in a air conditioned,busy little place and that's where my ideas for different things come about. through observation. =]


So you see..
that's why im always here.
doing my work, thinking about life plans and enjoying my cup of hot cocoa.
Ahhh.. chocolate.
never fails to brighten up my day.
no matter how sad, how angry, how disappointing the day goes,
chocolates is my great companion and shall always be.

for formal and casual use.

hoped she liked it too.


spending time with my s4 has always been a joy.

And so.. we set off to explore our tiny little singapore river on the river boat. haha aiya dou dou birthday. so 'DUA' ma.. anything she wants we do lor.. but great idea la.. its nice and comfortable relaxing on a river cruise ride.

Esplanade view up close! This is why i love night scenery more and more. Deep affection for night lights. Breathe taking view (*in singapore. this is the best u can get lah.. wat more can i ask for??)
