The Future FOOD Generation?



My Mother hates to waste food.
She eats almost anything.
Because she knew food, don't just drop from the sky. Food were scarce.
It is not to be taken granted for.
There are so many times where she had to eat the little leftovers that her mother cooked or given by neighbours.
In those days, porridge and dark soy sauce will be a day's meal.
No wonder, she's contented now.


I hate to waste food as well. But sometimes, the food makes me hate it even more.
I eat ALMOST anything. But not as much as my mother.
Because I knew food, don't just drop from the sky. But food are abundant now.
It is not to be taken granted for. But with food now at skyrocketing prices, i can see why.
There are times where I had to throw leftovers that my mother left because there were too much.
In my time, porridge now are $10++per bowl at Crystal Jade.
No wonder, I'm fussy now.


Wonder what would my future generation will be?

maybe up to the point where GOD decided that's enough and sends us back to caveman age.

Couchsurfing Gathering At ECP. Early in the morning.. 10plus..

Den at night was at Pasir Ris for Ivan's 21st Birthday. Orgainser: Kendy. BBQ man: Ivan. How 'sweet' haha.

Next morning met Ernest and Kong for Dim Dum @ Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe Marina.

"Har Chiong Kai" or shrimp paste chicken. *looks like fried banana balls O_O !*

Den head to J.Co Doughnut and Coffee @ Raffles City. I love their doughnuts!

Watched a muscial band concert at the Victoria theatre on tuesday with dou dou. her sister was performing. it was a great performance i must say.

But my dear friend wasnt really 'LOOKING' and was more concentrating on the black berry phone den watching the show.. she says its because the concert was meant to be HEARD not watch. .... watever.. haha.

WEd conducted another class at NGee Ann...

I watched "The Leap Years" ytd at P.S.


Never mind that it was a LOCAL production.
Never mind that the theatre was only a handful seated.


This movie, is pretty, romantic and artistic.
I kinda love it.


Actress Wong Li Lin is beautiful and acted very well for this film.
Actor Ananda Everingham is handsomely dashing and charming and charismatic that make all the girls melt.....awwwww.... looking at him makes the film even sweeter. haha.
The other actors deserve credits too and most are Fly entertainment artists. Talented people the co. has =]


Not a word of singlish, not a gesture of your typical singaporean.
this movie,
potrays a beautifully romantic side of singaporeans, in a very literature way.
hey... i always loved literature in secondary school okie..

anyways it was a great experience and i learnt sth new again!
gives u that sense of satisfaction esp with gd company.
Tse yong and Ms Chee guided me patientely despite my clumsiness on holding the club and shooting it. haha.


After which, Lunch at Northpoint was fantastic.
Had sakae sushi.
MS Chee's treat. haha thank her man.
partly bcox it was Tse yong's coming birthday also la.


Den coffee and newspaper at starbucks at town before proceeding to
Aloha Loyang *Gasp! Pasir ris for a swim at my aunt's chalet.


Night time chatting and meeting up with kong was nice =]
although the TCC there sucks,
Coffee bean make up for it later with a their signature chicago cheesecake and cappucino.
Sweet.

i shall update my post and summarize what i've been doing and what i intend to do.


first, my contract for F1 is coming to an end.
MArch 31th shall be my last day at Ngee Ann Poly Gymwerkz. (*i hope)
It was not entirely what i expected to spent my one year, but it was no doubt fruitful and meaningful in terms of the lessons i've learnt and the people i've met that made me see this world in a nutshell.


And Chinese new Year was well.. not exactly the happiest moment of my life,
didnt had a happy time with my family because of i had to see *him*
and on the 4th fateful day of CNY,
i had to sent my best 7 yrs of buddy sea creature friend, to Australia Adelaide.
sobx sobx.
i really hope she's happy there but not forgetting these 7 years how we bonded...

den , for what im intending to do after my contract,
backpacking is on my itinerary right now.. but planning must be done lor.
and shall concentrate more on learning the ropes of aerobics and finish my attachment, get my cert!

Once upon a time hor, got one girl little led liding hoot. She want to go to Ah Mah's house. Morning alleady she go out one, she got take come one basket to put flower. She "do want" to walk long-long so go take shot cut. Wah!!! she dono got one animal follow her one hor! She happy-happy walk until she come to Ah Mah house.
"Ah Mah! Ah Mah! I come, open the door leh?" she talk
Then Ah Mah also talk back, "Come in lah I never close one"
Little Led Liding Hoot open the house and go inside door..... oh, solly solly....
open the door and go inside the house, she got see her Ah Mah on top of the bed. She go ask Ah Mah.
"AH Mah, how come your eye vely big one hor?"
"So I can see you maahhhhh!!!" Ah Mah say back.
"Ah Mah, how come your yearvely long one?"
"So vely easy to hear you one laah!!!!"
"Ah Mah, how come......."
"Aiyaa!!!! SO many question one ah you.... never die before heh?"
"Solylah Ah Mah, I dono mah that's why I ask".
"What soly-soly! Now I want to eat you, I not Ah Mah, I animal one you know................."
Wah! Little led liding Hoot vely scared one, she scleam velyloud but late alleady, the animal alleady eat her. She now inside stomach one.
Suddenly got one people, cut wood one, go inside the house. He want to save Little Led Liding Hoot, he go and cut the animal stomach and take out everything, but he too late, Little Led Liding Hoot become shit alleady............


Pls......laugh it out... forget it.. and DUN TEACH THIS TO ANY KIDS...
