A meaningfully 'sinful' story , 'love, passion, and romance...Not to be missed'

Sat .. went to watch fireworks festival 06.. i could not resist being missed out on the most beautiful sight of the year....
I have a very public affair with 'Lights' that everybody knows it and its not a secret anymore.

I got a good spot too.. just outside fullerton waterhouse and guess what?!! this year for the first time, i got a very nice 'NON BLOCKAGE' view of the fireworks...

its very romantic, very beautiful and its was great watching it with like half of singapore... it was packed man..(sth like a pre national day show crowd)

Anyway, i caught it and walked from raffles to roberston quay.. went to tasting notes cox fishy was working and hang out at the chocolate factory... its the new chocolate cafe @ roberston.

This is where my story starts.....

it is a cozy place.. with sofas seats and candle lightings...
I wasnt intending to get wine at tasting notes, so i ordered ice chocolate and bcox i haven had dinner... the chocolate tart prove too tempting for me to resist also..(ICE Chocolate+Chocolate Tart= Sinful combo!!) oh man... but oh well.. anyways.. my order came pretty quick and ...the chocolate was great........... notice i only use the word great...

Not that i dun like the chocolate there.. but .. as i was eating the whole chocolate combo alone...i realised something.....
'Good things taste sweeter when shared and it doesn't have to cost a lot to share it'

As i was drinking the ice chocolate, i was thinking about that time when i did a mini chocolate melt drink with my sister and it was a very ordinary dessert, no special brands, just cadbury chocolate large pack melted on fruits... i remembered that well and it was a sweet experience.. if i could, i rather eat the chocolate melt again.. eating that with my family, seeing that satisfaction on their faces .. that expression is priceless.....and best of all we made it ourselves.. with love.. hahaha

Den the chocolate tart.. reminds mi of a few days ago when Frank (wine hut Chef) baked a strawberry cheesecake for boss friend's wife.. . we got to eat at the end.. and u know wat? its no TCC or Sweet Secret standard in terms of design, but it tasted very homely.. very 'tian zhai xin li' ...if i could i rather try frank's cake again .....

so.. point is the desserts i had at chocolate factory was great, but it cost $14++ plus service charge and it doesn't stay inside my memory like the previous two true blue 'home made' desserts...

Its just me... I like home cook food .. i miss home cook food ... im a 'homely' person... who appreciates home cook food even if it doesn't taste nice.. its the thought that counts...
