busy. Busy. Bery BUSY.


I got classes to conduct in the mornings, Orientations in the afternoons, and admin all DAY and Night.
but.
i kinda enjoyed it.
educating fitness to people is what i Love to do.


Except. maybe less admin work lor...
den i'll be more than happy. hee.
i got a lot to say..
im tooo tired...

MUMMY'S BIRTHDAY!!

Food was Great.
Ice Cream was terrific!


Became much much poorer after that.
some more bought 2 nike tops (could'nt resist the NIKE sales)
and 2 track pants for work.
1 puma, 1 reebok.
both came at a hefty price.
haix.

Work 7 days this week.
but im happy.
to be with people i enjoy being with =].

miss some friends...
work isn't fun .

At GymWerkZ, im the Front Desk Counter, the Trainer , the Cleaner.

Spacious enough for cardio and strength training.

We have 20 over cardio machines ranging from exercise bikes to trackmills and cross trainer all equipped with TV with all the local channels.

25 Gym Balls on the Gym ball Rack.

We have a in house Aerobics studio loaded with sound Blasting Audio system.

FrEE WeighTs AREA !! RESTRICTED ZONE. its a boys' zone area... -__-"

Circuit Series - For endurance training. So far, this is my fav exercise corner le. i like it more than the signature series.
